The Corroboree and Camp Ground is a significant part of our school. It is situated in an area of naturally regenerating bushland next to our Wetland and reflects the significance of the local Aboriginal culture at Brungle School.
Our Corroboree ground has been the site for many evening corroborees at our bi-ennial Brungle Aboriginal and Science & Technology camp
It sits in a contour forming a natural amphitheatre, perfect for outdoor performances.
The Campground site includes two bark gunyahs and a campfire site surrounded by natural bush and adjacent to a seating area. The life-sized cut-outs depicting everyday scenes were completed as part of one of our Brungle School camps.
